Enable the TLS (Transport Layer Security) to fix it.
To enable the TLS Setting Go to the Internet Properties. If you know that’s great you don’t need to go through the guided step.
To open the Internet Properties, Press the Windows Logo key from the keyboard at the left-hand side bottom corner. While holding the windows key down you need to press Letter R (Windows+R).
It will give you a small Run box at the left-hand side bottom corner. In the run box type in inetcpl.CPL then click on Ok.
In internet explorer, dialogue box Go to the Advanced tab.
Once you click on the advanced tab it will give you a drop-down menu. Over here you need to find out TLS 1.2 and make sure it is checked.
Try to connect Bank Account in QuickBooks.
