When you face the Comcast email login issue or are unable to access the account, follow the below steps.
Go to Xfinity and locate the Sign-in option on the top right.

Now enter your username and click the Continue button.
Then on the next page, you will be asked to pass a security test by entering the captcha shown on the page.

Here you will be provided with different password recovery options.

Now select the appropriate option for password recovery and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have chosen the email option, then open your email and locate the Comcast email recovery email, or if chosen the mobile text option then open the text message in your phone and locate the code.

Now enter the code on your Comcast email recovery window and click the Continue button.
